Our Manufacturing Capabilities
Our Brisbane factory includes a collection of 11 injection moulding machines, all of which are managed by a team of skilled operators and certified tool setters. These machines include:
- 90T
- 180T with integrated robot
- 320T with integrated robot
- 480T with integrated robot
- 1000T with integrated robot
- 1200T x 2 machines, both with integrated robots
- 1600T x 2 machines, both with integrated robots
- 2100T with integrated robot
- 5500T with integrated robot
- Roto Moulder Tri Arm
Our plastics factory also includes a Ferry Rotomoulding Machine that can manufacture a range of different sized parts. We can manufacture various plastics based on your project needs and possess an extensive supply chain for raw materials. This includes, but is not limited to, Polyethylene (PE) both High-density polyethylene (HDPE) and Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) Polypropylene (PP) and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS).
